Special notes and consideration

Wireless Communications is the means for the device to get to the repair agents for all models. We do not determine the time frames in which repairs are conducted and we have limited visibility of repair statuses. Turn over time for non warranty repairs are generally 1-2 weeks and warranty repairs range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on manufacturers. Lengthier times my occur if parts are limited or unavailable. Wireless Communications are not responsible for removing, collecting or restoring any data on handsets.
