Sales Manager
Wireless Communications, Telstra Dealer of the Year 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, is expanding and requires a motivated Sales Manager to join and drive our already successful team. This exciting and rewarding role will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with commercial and corporate customers whilst guiding and managing a growing sales team. The successful applicant will be team orientated with a committed professional focused on the achievement of the business objectives as well as taking hands on approach to driving new business within key customers.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
• Assist sales staff in achieving and surpassing personal and Company monthly sales targets;
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, regular planned training sessions for employees, using CRM (Salesforce);
• Identify and develop personal growth opportunities for the sales team;
• Identify and resolve individual training requirements for all sales staff;
• Guide, educate and assist sales staff in sales processes, techniques, product knowledge and general customer service;
• Achieve staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
• Coach, counsel, and discipline sales employees and initiate corrective actions;
• Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards to the sales team;
• Identify and neutralize sales related issues;
• Coordinate and conduct weekly sales meetings;
• Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information regarding sales;
• Identify and evaluate sales trends and options;
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting sales requirements;
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards in regard to sales;
• Analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems in regard to sales;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
review professional publications; establish personal networks;
• Manage telemarketing and associated reports;
• Manage Sales team accreditation across all business units;
• Forecast sales activity and identify in-house improvements and report these weekly to the Board;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related sales results as needed.
• Be active in selling to corporate customers
• Develop relationships and strategies with key external suppliers
Applicants with experience within the communications industry will be viewed favourably.
Applicants working in a cross vertical market with a proven track history will also be seen as favourable. However, if you have the drive and sales experience and are willing to learn this position is for you.
The successful candidate will be provided with an attractive base salary, vehicle allowance, Blackberry, Laptop with Wireless Internet and uncapped Commissions. On Target Earnings package is $80,000 to $110,000.

Telecommunications Technician
Wireless Communications, “SA Telstra Dealer of the Year 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011”, is expanding and requires a Telecommunications Technician to join our already successful team.
The key requirements of the role include:
Knowledge of NEC Voice solutions
Knowledge of Data/IP solutions
Knowledge of structured cabling solutions
Current ACA (Austel)License
Current Drivers License
Computer Literate
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work un-supervised
The ideal candidate for this role will be currently working in the telecommunications field and possess a strong foundation and understanding of voice and data communications networks including telecommunications, PABX, communication servers, carriage access including ISDN, routed and switched networks, VoIP, IP networking and troubleshooting. Programming for Moves, Adds & Changes (MACs) on a variety of telephony systems and peripheral equipment such as Voice Mail, ACD and Contact Centre systems knowledge is required. Sound knowledge of and experience working with telecoms carrier services and exposure to data networking is also required.
Applicants with, or working towards their CCNA would be looked upon favorably.
The successful applicant must be able to communicate in a professional manner both with internal staff and external clients, be punctual and reliable and work autonomously. This position may also involve some travel.
The remuneration package of $60k plus will be negotiated on experience and skills, company mobile, laptop and vehicle provided.
